Cleaning protocols for dental and specialty environments
Dental operatories present a specific set of cleaning requirements that general-purpose cleaning crews are not equipped to handle. Surface materials, equipment configurations, and proximity to sterilization workflows all require a different approach than a standard exam room. Crews working in dental offices are trained on operatory-specific protocols before assignment.
A standard end-of-day dental cleaning covers: disinfection of chair upholstery and adjustment controls, unit surface disinfection including light handles and bracket trays, cuspidor cleaning, floor cleaning with appropriate products, cabinetry and counter surfaces, sink and plumbing fixtures, door hardware, and restrooms. The sterilization room is cleaned — surfaces, autoclave exteriors, and counter areas — but instrument processing itself is not within our scope and is handled by clinical staff per their protocols.

Beyond dental, we clean orthodontic offices, oral surgery suites, periodontic and endodontic practices, ophthalmology clinics, dermatology offices, and audiology practices in the Shakopee area. What we do not do
We do not process instruments, touch sterilization loads, handle sharps disposal, or perform any clinical function. We clean the physical environment. This boundary is stated clearly in every scope-of-work document so there is no ambiguity about the division of responsibility between clinical staff and cleaning crew.
Frequency and scheduling
Most dental practices operate on a nightly cleaning schedule timed to finish after the last patient and before the next morning's first appointment. We work within your facility's operational hours. Scheduling is confirmed in writing at contract start and adjusted only with advance notice. We do not arrive at unpredictable times.
